how do we work with you?
Where possible we prefer to meet you in your place of work so we can gain an
understanding of your business.
From our initial meeting we will provide you with a proposal which will outline
our costs and recommended method of working towards your solution.
Whether you want a logo, literature, website or exhibition solution, we will
research your company and your competitors to ensure we provide you with a
unique solution and vision.
Once your 'vision' is agreed we produce visuals. We usually present visuals
online, in pdf format via email or face to face on laptop - pending your
preference. On approval of designs we will code or produce your solution.
There are several sign-off stages, so you will never end up with something
you have not agreed to.
Costs are agreed at the outset. We rarely deviate from these unless the 'goalposts'
change after sign off. We will work with you to resolve any situations should they arise.
Ownership of a project is quite rightly a concern to most clients. As a rule we
accept that all commissioned work is copyright and owned by the client once payment
of the commission has been made. As the creators of ideas and visuals we retain
the intellectual properties of all work - purely so we can promote the work we have done.
How to commission us? Just give us a call or email. Once we have discussed your
project and agreed costs we only ask you confirm for us to go ahead via an email or letter.

Here's some possible scenarios which may assist you in how we work.
Scenario 1: I've never used a designer before. I'm a new start / one man band.
I like the look of your work and style but I can't afford to spend a lot of money.
A: Several years ago Weesleekit was a new start business. We understand what it's
like - you want to give the best impression possible but you don't want to
outlay heavy costs with the uncertainty on return. Weesleekit can guide you through
a branding process in stages and be flexible in working with you in all aspects of
your business, from recommending how you introduce your brand to new business to cash flow.
Scenario 2: I represent a private corporate SME business. I'm looking for a company
who can quickly get up to speed on what I do and turn around a couple of solutions for me.
A: Weesleekit have worked in a wide variety of sectors over the years - heavily in arts
and culture, education, property, construction, tourism and corporate. Each client is
often very different and unique. We aim to crystalise what it is you do and the best
way to engage and communicate your product or service to your clients to maximise your return.
We don't claim we can do absolutely everything for everyone. We will always be upfront
on our key strengths and when required will bring in specialist skills.
Scenario 3: I work within a department of a public sector body. Finances are tight,
however I need someone who can have a clear vision on how we promote several programmes
and events throughout the year.
A: Weesleekit have worked with several large public companies over the years.
Competitive pitching is a daily occurrence in our industry. Where a tender is
required to win a pitch we will seek to get to know you first. Creativity and
excellence are automatically assumed as part of our service - our daily business
is spent working with clients who trust we can get the job done in a friendly and
professional manner.
